We welcome wholesale orders from dealers. The first time you order, please send the name and phone number of the person who does your ordering.

We will mail or e-mail you regarding our dealer discounts and billing procedures. There is no minimum order, but there is a higher discount for an order of 25 or more books. Invoices are mailed separately from the shipments. We normally do not include a shipping bill unless your business requests it.

There is no extra charge for drop shipments.

Most dealer shipments are sent by UPS unless the dealer specifies otherwise.
