Old Testament Lessons

Volumes 1 and 2 cover the Pentateuch, the first five books of the Bible. Volume 3 covers the first four books of history, Joshua through I Samuel. Volume 4 includes the period from David's reign to the captivity of Israel and the beginning of the Kingdom of Judah. Volume 5 takes us from the Kingdom of Judah through the Babylonian Captivity and the return of Judah to Jerusalem. Volumes 6 and 7 are a study of the book of Job and the five books of Old Testament poetry. Volume 8 is about Isaiah and other prophets who were his contemporaries. Volume 9 concludes the Old Testament series with a look at the books written by the prophets commonly referred to as the minor prophets.

New Testament Lessons

Three volumes cover the entire New Testament. Volume 1 starts with the life and ministry of Christ in a parallel study of the first four books of the New Testament and continues into the history of the early Church as recorded in the book of Acts. Volumes 2 and 3 are a study of the epistles written to the Christians of the first century, and the study is completed with the book of Revelations.

A Study of the Short Epistles

Based on the same format as the Old and New Testament Lessons, these lessons cover less ground and deal more closely with the text with some good "thought" questions at the end of each lesson. This is an excellent study of Christian living taken from the New Testament epistles written to first century Christians.
